Have you gotten this? Has your card been charged? I did not have a problem at all. This should actually be in the one-click forum. Maybe a mod will move it.
I did not get an email & my card was not charged. However, if you look at the last part (see below) it says that it failed. I have tried different credit cards but get the same result. Payment #xxxxxx for Order #xxxxxxxx over 49.00 USD has failed: [34]: Auto decline (NDB) My bad for posting this in the wrong area but any help would be great.
I tried to purchase directly from Slysoft. Will you provide me with a couple of reputable ad based sites?
Try this link: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/anydvd.cfm I would also suggest that you post the question in the [bold]DVD±R - One-click transcoding tools[/bold] forum and ask for help. The slysoft people frequent this forum all the time. Here is the link: http://forums.afterdawn.com/forum_view.cfm/78 You do have SSL 128bit on your computer don't you? So you can access secure servers. Actually I will ask a mod to move this to the appropriate forum.
I purchased ANYDVD maybe a month or so ago - one thing (IF I remember correctly) I think you have to make sure that the info you specifically provide for your credit card information is correct and up to date with your credit card company. If you know that you have the money on your credit card - then thats not the problem - Alot of sites these days, have an automated system that checks all info to verify that fraud is not occuring. Something as simple as a telephone number difference - YES - can get you denied. I do not know if that is the problem or not - but you did mention that you keep getting a "AUTO DECLINE". ----- Also for anyone reading these posts - ANYDVD has once again been UPDATED - now it is 5.5.4.1 - and it IS on the official site - got my email notification update today for this one
just info, its off subject..it might help others. quote KEY will not "import" Look guys, and in case no one has noticed, which apperantly alot of you haven't, SP2 included a new security feature thats stop's application or registry entries from being merged and alot of developers haven't update their readme's, it's no secret and a pretty easy fix, if your running service pack 2 you'll need to right click on the key you receive from slysoft or element 5 and then goto properties look at the bottom you'll see a button to "unblock" the file, this will remove the problem of getting the key to properly merge. Either by double clicking and mergeing or right click and merge. If your running service pack 2 you will have to do this to rar, zip, reg, bat or any other file XP SP2 deems is a threat. DAM HOT, The new proposal means that even people that try to make copies of games, music or software and fail could still go to jail. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/258601 iPods to support copy-protected CDs? http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/258634 ALL INFO ON SORY VIRUS ROOTKIT CORP.
