    Hi guys,

does anyone have a problem with n*l when using ANY browser to surf the web?

I have 10meg bband, really fast for downloads etc, but when simply surfing the web it often doesn't connect to pages at the first attempt, meaning constant refreshing etc - i never had this problem with eircom, or in the folks house with BT broadband....using the same laptop.... even as recently as last week

I've cleared cookies and all that but it doesn't seem to help....
Is it maybe the router they give u is rubbish? tho as I say the downloads tend to be really fast.... I have turned the router off, left it for several minutes....then it seems to speed up for a few minutes, and then go back to the same rubbish....

I just want to know is there anything I can do or do I have to call N*L - I know they're renowned for their wonderful customer service (",) so not sure if I want to go that route unless necessary!!

Thanks for any advice (ps i've tried IE, FFox, Chrome, etc, all the same result)

Its my first post so thanks in advance for any replies!

multi posting is not a good thing ya better off sticking to one post as if you are going to get an answer it would be on a thread where there is some action and you prob wont even get an answer to that question

at the present time the bb could be just a problem because of the severe weather we are having you could always ring them up and ask them what the heck is wrong with it get their technical dept to check your line thats what i would be doing

cheers man, that's cool....was just wondering if there was anyone else having the same problem.....

I've dont things like turning off g0ogle toolbar, re-installing the wirelass driver, everything I can think of/read on internet, so I guess I'll have to call em and see if they can check it out for me

    thanks
