problem updating sv box

help please i have no com port on pc so i bought a usb to serial converter but cant update can anybody help im new to this

 

so you have a null modem cable and a usb to 9 pin male cable yes.
what does it say on screen?

when you press download on gtrom loader what does it say.

 

error model name does not correct

 

i ll explain abit more ive bought converter installed driver its all working but its under com15 gtrom only goes up to com4 any ideas
