Problem using EZ Flash V expansion with R4

    Im trying to load GBA roms using the R4/ EZ Flash V expansion combo. I tried using the GBA Loader and GBA Exploader and they give me a message saying that a slot 2 expansion is not detected. Any suggestions?

    You need a slot 2 card of some kind.

    An EZ Flash V is a slot 1 card.

    Did you mean EZ Flash 3-in-1?

    (edited: My apologies. I just pulled mine out and the 3-in-1 is indeed labeled "EZ Flash V expansion pack)

    What slot 2 cart are you using?

    yes im using EZ Flash 3 in 1...thats my slot 2. My slot one is R4

    Did you buy your 3-in-1 recently? There were anecdotes about a hardware change causing some incompatibility issues.

    I use mine with R4, EZ V, and CycloDS with no problem, but I use Rudolph's 3-in-1 for the R4 and the Cyclo.

    EZ V has native support.
