problem with avi. file

    Hello All, I have been converting avi. files for some time successfully useing dvd santa but recently i ran into a problem.I have a perfect avi, file but when converted it comes out in what looks likes two frames side by side and slanted what is the problem? If anybody knows could you help me out your input would be greatly appreciated.

    I suspect it's not 'perfect', try another converting app.

    Maybe you can choose another converter (such as winavi) to have a trial.
