hi, not new, but have a problem with disc burn, have been burning for a while with verbatim 8x, got some new disc, verbatim 16x, and the burn worked fine, but tryed to go back to a older disc i had, fuji 8x and movies wont burn, shrink and nero say the burn is a success but the disc is empty. but my other disc still burn,...kinda puzzled, first time i have had a problem with disc, i know the are really a hit or a miss but i have burned with fuji 8x with success...can anyone suggest something....
Try updating your firmware. I would also would have suggested your media but they both good. Also when did this problem exactly happen. if you know the date then do a system restore and try a burn from there.
i'll ask for this thread to be moved to the Nero Forum. in the meantime, pls post LAST section of your Nero log, which is in c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log, but DO NOT post your serial number which usually begins with '1A21' or similar..
