Problem with cd writer

    Just before I Installed my 1CLICKDVDCOPY software on my pc,my cd writer was working fine. After insatlling it, my cd writer does not respond at all. Can anybody advise what the problem is please. I have got Windows xp.How do I get my cd writer to work without uninstalling my 1clickdvdcopy.

    try uninstalling your cd drive then restart and and let plug and play pickup the drivers for cd drive and see if that works.
