Every time I burn this image, my DVD player reads it as a "CD-DA", which
I'm pretty sure is a data DVD. However, my computer reads it as an actual DVD. Does anyone know what is going on here? Is there any way for me to convert the image into a DVD-Player readable form?

The image contains a AUDIO_TS folder, which is empty, and a VIDEO_TS folder, which contains the .vob's, .ifo's, etc. The files in VIDEO_TS work fine, because I've already made an .avi using AGK. When I burn it to a DVD, the DVD-Player reads it as a "CD-DA" disc as opposed to an actual DVD disc.

See if DVDShrink will open it. It's pretty picky about structure.

    good advice from above there!

what app are you useing to burn the dvd files to dvdr? you may have the structure wrong?

also you mention iso in the title is it an iso image?

    ---

in nero you need to select dvd / dvd-video project then drag and drop all vob/ifo/bup files into the VIDEO_TS folder nero makes for you. (dont drag your folder into neros!!! only files inside your folder.)

    ----

use link in my sig to come chat real time to me and more afterdawners
