    Hi there.
I couldn't yet figure out what the problem is, but i've got some clues that might help.
With me the problem only occured in 2000 server, although in XP other problems arise (str2sup doen't work properly, even in compatibility mode). But the thing is, the subtitles are really there. The first thing to check are the colors definition in ifoedit (check online tutorials). My ifoedit always set colors to 00 00 00 on all indexes.
One other problem is that your movie may be low resolution PAL or NTSC resolution, and not in high res (option available when you convert in TMPGEnc). I found this problem when I uses WinDVD to preview the movie and some strange noise appear instead of the subtitles. So I change the default location of the subtitles to 150X and 150Y (global setting) in the SRT2SUP and multiplex everything again. When I use PowerDVD to preview again the subtitles where HUGE!! REALLY HUGE!! So low resolution movie has a possibility.
Hope this hints help. I will report this error to both SRT2SUP and IfoEDIT guys as soon as possible. But first I want to make other tests.

PS: Sorry for my bad english too.
    :p

    Hi,

Do you have all of the attributes set to transparent in Srt2Sup?

Go to [Settings][Global]. On the the background should be [trans] ;-)

No. I don't have. I only set background to transparent. You can search tutorials on the net for that. Just don't forget to set on .ifo file with the same colors that srt2sup suplies.
Or else legends won't appear as they should.

    Hi,

My question was to the original problem by [bold]titanbit[/bold].

I don't need a guide for Srt2Sup as I wrote it, but a number of people who have reported subtitles not appearing have had all the colour elements set to transparent!

    Regards
