Problem with MapQuest website...

A week or so ago I noticed when I used the website to get "driving directions" I got a bunch of script/text for my result. I was perplexed, more than usual. Anyway, I figured there must've been something wrong with the site or they were doing some upgrades so I thought I'd leave it for now and come back later. A week later, the same thing. I can get into the site, even pull up an address and get a map, but as soon as I use the "driving direction" (starting from one place and ending up at the destination) feature, everything goes to pot. What's the deal? Initially, I thought maybe I tinkered with my security settings (ZoneAlarm Suite 5.5) or web-browsing settings (Google), but I don't remember touching anything. If it is, does anyone know where I should be looking to correct this?

Also, I recently downloaded a couple of free A/V proggies from Download.com. Spywareblaster, SpywareDoctor (I think), and another program but I forgot the name. I'll update when I get home. I have a sneaking suspicion it maybe one of these, if not all.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
