I have an LG burner, it opens and everything but my computer doesnt detect my burner , my local store technician installed it so i dont think it's about the installation. I tried to find drivers but no luck and i dont know the name of my burner i just know it's an lg. Plz Help

check the jumper on the new drive to see what it is configured as as in master, slave or cable select. also do same with other rom drive. is the computer a name brand like dell or a clone built at local computer store?
