I have been trying very hard to create menu with moving animation but failed with nero 8. I have tried using advance buttton and so on... no luck. I was landed with a unclear menu which I am very disappointed. Anyone got any ideas how it works with nero 8.. Luckily, I did not buy the software but only tried out their trial version. No doubt there is a animation mentioned but I cant find the animation button to check with like nero 7. Anyone got any ideas how to create menu with moving animation icon with nero 8 like nero 7?

I got this from Nero tech support. ------ You can create animated buttons in Nero Vision 5 as follows: Switch to CUSTOMIZE - ADVANCED EDITING Go to BUTTONS and drag and drop a button to the menu Select the button Go to PROPERTIES --Choose LINKAGE ----From LINKAGE, click the LINK TO menu and pick a movie file --Now go to APPEARANCE ----From APPEARANCE, click the DISPLAY menu and choose DISPLAY TITLE ----Once you choose DISPLAY TITLE, you will get an animated button.
I'm having the same problem but I still couldn't figure it out by using the steps above...someone help...
I had the same problem with nero 8, I followed the instructions and it worked, only thing that to create the buttons it's a little bit tricky. When you follow the instructions you hit next on the nero window and it appears the preview of the menu and at the bottom it appears animate menu and click it, then in the output of the DVD the menu will be animated. It worked for me, so it is there, just a little bit harder than nero 6 or 7...
