Hello. Edit your post and remove your Nero serial number. Try ripping/copying your disk to your hard disk first and then burn that ripped file(s). Have you tried cleaning the disk to eliminate the read error? Are there any obvious scratches/marrings on the disk? There's a much newer version of Nero available. See http://www.nero.com. Be sure to run the Nero 7 Clean Tool before upgrading versions and remember to write down your serial number before removing the program.
..there's a little pencil icon near top right of posts that you use, though i've done it for you and snipped most of the error log as it was too long (not your fault, you just had a real bad burn log there)
