Problem With Nero Vision 5

Using Nero Vision 5, I added an avi file and then created a DVD. The DVD playback seemed to skip every 2/3 seconds slightly. I have since used other avi files which seem to play fine and don't skip.

Is there a reason why certain video files skip when burning them onto a DVD using Nero Vision 5?

 

Is this a audio/video sync issue or a genuine skip?

 

The audio appears fine, it's just the video does these slight skips every like 2 to 3 seconds throughout the entire film.

 

Based on your description I would guess its a conversion/transcoding problem with Nerovision. Try the freebee DVDFlick or ConvertXtoDVD, an excellent commercial program with a fully functional (although watermarked) free trial. If those don't create a skip, you'll know it's just another mystery presented to you by Nerovision.
