Problem with Nero

    I used DVD Decrypt. and DVD Shrink with the option to burn directly to DVD with Nero- the problem is in the burning process- it starts fine then stops at 21% EVERYTIME- it never completes the project. (does not matter what the movie, I've tried diff. ones) It burns approx 30 mins of movie. Does anyone know what the problem is...or should I try the Nero Express steps I saw for similar Nero problems?

    Also, I am using DVD RW's and for some reason Nero does not complete the FULL erase- it toggles back and forth between 99% & 100% completed but never finishes.

    Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

    BillyZ,

    Here are some ideas...
    - Try burning with DVD Decypter instead.
    - Try manually burning as opposed to using the burn directly option.
    - Are you using the same media everytime? Try a better/different brand.

    By all means try other steps you have found.

    I switched from Sony dvd+rw to Verbatim dvd+r and not a problem- works the best-
