I have a big problem with Silent Hill 3. I bought it about 3 days ago on DVD. I installed it and then when I started the game after the message that says "Some parts of this game maybe considered violent or cruel" it stops, and won't go to the Menu screen.I can't do anything. My computer:
    2.6 GHZ Celeron processor
    256 MB ram
    Ati Radeon 9200 video card
    Windows XP

    Can somebody help me??

The minimum requirements are: Pentium III 1 GHZ, 256 MB ram

The recommended: Pentium 4 1.6 GHZ, 512 MB ram
So I think it should run on my computer...But I don't know.

I had the same problem, it turned out to be a RAM issue... Those minimum requirements are just not gonna cut it, a problem that i've had with more games recently. I'd advise you to get more RAM
