i have a ster view 4 digi box and have lost majority of the channels.i have no instructions or software to help me. can any one advise me how i can remedy this please.

sorry i really have no idea what im doing a friend advised me to try after dawn to try and get help for my digibox. i dont really know what threads are ,lol.
