I have ipod video 60gb. I used clonedvdmobile to convert some movies. when i try to play them on ipod, after about a minuite it pauses for few seconds and start aging biut wiyhout any sound. If i FF sound comeback for min. and do it again. this happenes with all movies. Any one have suggestion.
This may not be the converter that has the problem, but is possible. My solution would be to try to upgrade your iPod to the latest version, or you can downgrade to 1.0, which is said to be more stable with video playback. Or, you can upgrade to the latest version from apple, here is there link:http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/ Downloading and updating to the newest version is probably the easiest way. You are doing all of this because your firmware version is probably 1.1, which has alot of bugs. If the thibngs that I have just suggested dont work, then it may be the converters problem. Try using either Videora-which is free and works excellant. Or, if you are looking for a better program, try PQ DVD TO IPOD CONVERTER-it costs money but it works the best, I have it and it works great. Lethal B has a tutorial on it if you want.
