Here is the deal. I converted four vob files and halfway through the fourth vid the conversion failed. I really only wanted the first three vids anyway so I deleted the incomplete file and I am left with the first three with no ifo's or bup's. Just the .VOB files. My question is, how can I create ifo files to get this ready to burn without having to re-convert the files. I have nothing but time to re-convert, but in the future it would be nice to have something lined up incase I need to do this again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I figured it should go under authoring.
Edit: I figured it out. Sorry for wasting your time looking at this. But just incase anyone wants to know, use IfoEdit and load your vob files and click creat ifo's. Not much more, because ifoedit seems to be a simple program with a rudimentary interface at first look. Hope it works for ya.
you need a DVD authoring program, I use TMPGEnc dvd author 1.6..there are free progs like IFO edit and VOB edit,
