Problem with WinAVI

    I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I have a problem with WinAVI. Everytime I try to convert a video to DVD, it gives me a "External exception 80000004" error. When I first download the trial it work perfectly, but after i uninstalled it, and got the full version, it started giving me this problem, now, even the trial doesn't work anymore :(

    Any ideas?
