I just tried running xvid bitrate calculator, however i keep getting the wierdest error. It keeps saying that I need to install msstdfmt.dll, yet I've extracted it to the windows/system directory like the readme file said to do. I'm running windows xp: would that make any difference to where the dll file should be placed?
