i had no problem burning a disc image with alcohol but when i tried to burn a music CD in nero i went through about 8 cds and kept getting Burn Process Failed. i tried lowering the burn speed but that did not help. this is one of my many logs... sk8r128 sony media have you had success with these discs before? I would lower the speed even more I did notice it's having trouble with the end of disc-at-once I would just try track-at-once option just to see ?? be warned the track-at-once option will leave a two second pause between tracks I am not an expert on logs but others here *are* and they will give advice I did just notice that problem goodluck!! and the mp3s have no protection? They don't exceed the 700mb or 80 minute duration/limit? Are you converting them to .WAV or keeping them as mp3 and none of them are corrupted? funny thing is I had this same album recently good taste in music
Did you install the drive yourself? I was wondering about this setup. Also did it come with the firmware it has now or did you flash it? Be sure the not to use AD-7170A firmware if you ever update. Firmware Sony NEC Firmware edit Sorry should have started with this. You may want to update or roll back Nero. Stable version of Nero v 7.5.9.0a Lastest version v 7.9.6.0 Try uninstalling the drive and reboot.
