problems burning

i just change my old dvd burner to a lite-on lh-20a1h. i am useing the pinnacle dazzle to copy vhs to dvd but it has yet to make a dvd. during the process i don't here the dvd writer burning witch is usely loid. any sugestions. i also updated both wiyth the latest furmwares.

can you burn other thing?. did the work before flash?

 

I use Pinnacle 10.7 all the time it takes a long time to burn make sure you have pinnacle set up to burn a disc in burn options make sure the burn directly to disc box is checked

 

yes it worked fine with my old burner

 

dvd shrink works fine
