I just feel very frustrated recently. The problems I have may not big ones but I don't know how to fix it. Ok, here is my problem in using Nero Vision Express:
    Problem 1
I have been used Nero Vision Express-2.1.2.21 for a while and created many DVD movie projects to burn to DVD disc. Everything is working fine until I try to export video to a file a couple of months ago. It always gives me an error message saying "can not read XXXXXX memory......". That never happened before, the only reason I guess is that I upgraded my Win XP from service pack 1 to service pack 2, but I am not sure. I sent screen shot of the error message and NVE log file to Nero tech. support, which they want me to do, but no response.

    Problem 2
After 1st time I reported the above problem to Nero Tech Support, they suggested me to install Nero Vision Express-3.0.1.16 to replace NVE 2. I did it ( remove NVE 2 first then install NVE 3 ). I find NVE 3 takes long time to open a project originally created by NVE 2 and almost doubles the burning time. It is Ok as long as it can keep everything as same as what it was before. Unfortunately I found a big problem. If I put a sound file( XXX.wav ) that is a human voice as a narratage recorded by using NVE2, NVE 3 or some other sofeware in a Audio track such as Audio 1 or Audio 2, it will cause some very annoying static like noise when playing it in "Edite Movie" mode or "Preview" mode unless I turn off the sound of captured video file and other Audio track. If I burn the movie to DVD disc so this noise is there. It is kind of weird. I did some further tests and found:
if playing captured video file with some background music, which I record and put in Audio 1 or Audio 2 track, it is working fine no matter in which mode. The problem still occurs even if the video file is captured by using NVE 3. This problem never appears in NVE 2.
Anyone has the same problem before? Any suggestiong and solution?
    Thanks.
