i recently purchased a mambo x p353 20gig jukebox mp3 player, and i was browsing through the internet and i saw that the firmware was updatable, so i went and downloaded a copy of the .bin file for the new firmware (v1.18) but i have no idea how to install it onto my player, nor can i seem to find instructions on how to do it in any of my manuals and online...

i went to look at the website http://www.efx.com.au to see if there was info on there but all it says is that the firmware is upgradable via usb cable...

Does anybody know what to do here?

    thanks

Plug your MP3 player into your computer just like you would to put music on it. Then you download the update and install it to your MP3 player. Then you might have to do something special with the player, but it should explain that in the install file. For mine, I had to reprofile my contents. I have an RCA Lyra 1.5 GB.
