hi ive got 2 starview the boxes, 1 is running perfectly & the other is dropping chans such as e4 e4+1 espn & itv4 that i know of each box is connected to the main splitter outside, the box thats not working shows no signal at all on the chans that arent working any ideas as the other box has full signal on those chans btw running teeside area on v*rgin thanxs in advance on any help given Gaz
hi,it sounds like the channels that are missing need updating first get a pen and paper go on a channel what says no signal and write down what frequencie its on example 427mhz, press the s.l button to reveal the frequencie if it doesnt show it,then goto menu ,press instalation,then goto manual scan and press ok ,keep doing this till all channels that were missing come back on. good luck
have you tried switching the boxs about? put the one thats droppin chans onto the connection thats working, if it works then ya know its the splitter thats causing you jip.
