Wassup everyone...well i just bought a good dvd burner..i'm tryin to use dvd decryptor to extract the dvd to my pc...then i use daemon tools to mount the drive (turn it into a virtual dvd drive) so that i can compress it with "Instant Copy". The thing is as instant copy tries to compress the dvdmovie, i get a windows error. Something like "Multicopy has encountered an error. Sorry for the inconvenience"...has anyone ever encountered this with Instant Copy?

    Please help!

decrypter is fine. don't need daemon tools to create a virtual drive. Instant copy works, but you won't find too many people using it.

Backing up dvds is a 3 step process--
    rip
    compress
    burn

Try dvd shrink which will rip and compress. Then burn with program of choice.
