I have tried to capture video from my Sony TRV-120 via IEEE using both ULead DVDWS, and Adobe Premiere. Both resulting avi's have the same problem - vertical horizontal interference (for lack of a better explanation). I can see vertical distortion/pixelation between different colors. Please see the photo at this link: http://home.comcast.net/~djflash/pic.bmp I've circled 2 areas in particular where you can see what I'm talking about. This is straight, uncompress AVI. I have a brand new PC, loaded, running XP w/updates, 512 MB, 80 GB, 2.7, etc, etc.. ANY help would be greatly appreciated! Gordon
it looks like a dark indoor video. My sony dcr-pc5 will pixelate also if the light is too low. That is what I think.
