Hi , I recently have had problems with AIM 6.0 and 5.9 .... Well first I have used 6.0 for a while and worked fine. Then yesterday it decided not to work , so I reinstalled it....Still didnt work. So then I downgraded to 5.9 , that let me sign on. But then the Windows error messages comes up saying that it must close and I have to option to send an error report to them....So then I made sure my firewalls allowed it through and it still gave me the same error message when I tryed to reinstall it.... I do not know what is wrong with it? Also the same thing happens with windows live messenger it signs on then i get that error messgae.... any help is appriciated...
I'm not sure why it's doing that, but you could try an alternative. Trillian lets you log into MSN, AIM, ICQ, Yahoo!, and IRC, using one simple instant messaging program. Worth checking out at least... http://www.ceruleanstudios.com/
