problems with audio descriptive

iv just scanned my box but a lot of the channels (especially 5 5us and 5er) are all audio descriptive is there anyway to get rid any help much appreciated

 

try the audio button on the remote
some times that works
if not try deleting the channel and scanning for it again

that what i do on the starview

 

tried both not working unfortunately but cheers anyway
