    Hi all

Firstly sorry if this has been asked before.

I've just paid for the full version of Cucusoft iPod video conveter having played with the trail watermarked one to see if it was OK which it was.

I've now tried to mpeg 4 some DVD files and it does it successfully and imports them into iTunes OK and they play on my PC in iTunes but it won'transfer them to my pod. I get an error message saying it doesn't recognise the format and it's not supported by my particular iPod.

I've tried with PQ DVD trial software and it works fine and transfers across to my pod OK.

    Any ideas anyone?

    Thanks in advance.

Are you sure that you are importing the converted file and not the unconverted one?

    Hi Jazo

Yes mate, dragged over the mpeg 4 (Quicktime) file from the converted file on my C drive and it works fine in iTunes on my PC, just won't move over to the pod!

    It's got me stumped!

    Cheers

How odd, "Upgrade" to the latest version 3.29 to have a try.

Hi, i dont know if this will work for you but it does for me.
i downloaded vidoera to see if this would work instead of Cucusoft (which i paid for). after the download finished it changed all of my MPEG 4 files to Quick time instead of iTunes, after seeing this i right clicked on the mpeg4 (quick time) and used iTunes to play the movie, as soon as this happened i updated my ipod and there it was. give it a go it may work, t did for me & i am alot happier now.
