Problems with home web server

    My friend has a problem, here it is :-

    I'm trying to set up a home web server, i'm running windows xp pro and apache, i am a cable broadband subscriber with a motorola surfboard modem. i'm using no-ip to get around the dynamic ip but my problem is opening incoming port 80 to allow my site to be found.

    Any help is appreciated :)
