I do not understand computers at all and I am beyond irritated at mine right now! I have used Nero for a long time and have never had a problem. Now all of a sudden I have illegal disc and burn process failed errors everytime I try to use it! I have no idea how to post a log or anything so I need someone who has patience and complete detail to help me out PLEASE!!!
