Problems with Power Up Speed Drive

I bought a power up 4gb Speed Drive about a month ago. Since then I have had nothing but problems. After adding files the files became corrupted. I reformated the drive but it reformated at 2gb. It seemed to perform pretty well until I put about 1gb of info on it and all of a sudden it told me that it was unformatted. I was able to rescue some files but now it will not even let me format it. I cannot find out anything about the company. I understand that they are owned by something like Miller Products. Can any one help me. This thing is junk. I would like to be able to contact the company and get a return or if I can't then maybe reformatting it again. I need some help and this has always been a great place to get it.
