Hey, I am having problems getting my new Surfboard modem to recongize my 4 port SMC barricade 7004VBR router. I tried updating the routers firmware but that didn't seem to help. I also tried turning off my firewall, but still nothing. anybody have any idea what the problem maybe? Thanks
