Can not burn any dvd's. I am using Nero 6 and have my files prepared for burning but every time when I start the burn process I get the message that I should use an empty disc. But the disc is empty for sure. It's brand new.
I guess the problem is with the virtual image recorder, which i found on my pc.
Any ideas how to delete this virtual image recorder?? Or any other clues?

    Please help!!

At the top of the Nero window it lets you select your recorder, i am guessing yours is set to virtual. select the box and find your recorder on the list.

Make sure you select your DVD burner where nobbi tells you to do so (it is a drop-down menu next to Nero's toolbar).

Also make sure that you are using the right media. Maybe your burner supports DVD-R and you are using DVD+R or the opposite. What is your DVD burner?
