    Greetings All,

About 80% of the time I access my desktop icons, I get an error message saying windows ,for my own good, has to close. All the icons disappear then come back and I can access them. Upon shut down, it wont. It goes down to windows is shutting down..... and hangs there untill I shut it down manually. Has anyone else experienced thiese problems?

    Thanks

my icons on my desktop does this "HICUP" thing when I close a program. but this only happens when I have a ton of icons on my desktop and the computer has to reload the images of my icons.

Upon shut down do you have somthing running in the background thats causing a delay with the shut down process?
