"processing failed" MPT??? HELP PLZ

    OKay I updated but now I still cant get ringers to my phone...I kno my cord should work becuz I got some games for my fone to upload. When I goto mobile explorer I try to send ringers by right clickin but it says processing failed....whts wrong? icon_sad.gif

    yes I did...it does not detect my fone @ all...wit mpt at least I kno it should work....do I have to unlock my fone before I can use mpt??? If so, how do I... But It may be the cord Im usin a true sync cord...but I cant find the snap media program for the cord...oh well help plz

    I can do everything else BUT use multimedia studio!! omg this is nerve racking

    I am having the same problem. I am using Windows XP(SP2), V600 and USB Cable.

    I can't figure out what to do about the "Processing Error".
