program guide

    Hi, when i go my programe guide it is blank there is no programe listings, ive got a starview 4 super usb. Thanks

    Hi Olivia01.
    If your programe guide is blank its probably because the time or date is incorrect on your box. You can change it by pressing the yellow button.

    did you leave your box on all night?
    because it has to reboot just knock it off for 10 min
    also are you getting programmes but just no listings?

    Hi, I have not left my box on all night and i am getting programes but not gettin listings.

    try pull the plug out for 10min and see if that makes a difference
    also is the time at the right time on your box as stiper said above?
