program to take movie file and turn it into a dvd one

    I have a movie thats in two movie files (thats the file type) and i want to combine then and make one dvd, wheter it be with both parts together or if you have to watch part one then select part two whatever.

    What kind of movie files do you have (e.g. avi, mpeg, iso)?

    What about wmv files ? I was gonna use WinAvi but it always puts that box on your screen. Is there any other program?
