I don't know what half of these options are:
    • I already know selecting Interlace makes the video run smoothly
    • I don't know what Field Order is
    • What would you choose for Aspect Ratio? I usually choose (4:3 Display or 16:9 Display), but I don't know what 4:3 525 line or 16:9 525 line is.
    • I read the help section regarding Content of Video. For instance, I'm encoding a small clip from Star Wars. Does it make a difference if I select "Video"(approx 30fps) or Interlace "Film"(approx 24fps)? I wanted the video to keep running at 30fps, so it will be smooth.

All of the Settings in 2/5 are set automaticly depending on your source so you should not touch these settings....

When you load in your Source File in step 2 of 5 Tmpgenc scans the Video for it"s Properties and then sets these settings to there Correct values...

So just leave these settings alone.....
