    I have some videos that are in .wmv format but when I try to play them Windows Media Player ask for a License Agreement... when I click yes it brings up porn... is there ne way to remove this License Agreement so I can watch the file without having to go through the porn thing?

    Yea... I try to help as much as possible too...
    I looked at the file... cus it still wouldn't play even after the codec install was finished... it said it was in .wmv format but was also .asf format...

    @killerc,
    Ah, this DVD thing, isn't it wonderful?!

    @Troten,
    .wmv and .asf are both window media type files. Did you try use Media Player Classic to view?

    Dear Troten,

    If you already have K-Lite Codec pack installed, then it shouldn't be a codec problem (provided you've read the instructions and installed the pack right). But since you mentioned about the license and porn thing, there's also a chance that you've contracted a virus (that's why the porn link). So maybe you could do a check?

    Good luck!
