Hi, wondering if someone would be kind enough to help me. I have a number of fingerprint protected filesafe archives created with protector suite UL. I did an 'out of box' restore on my laptop and although after the restore my fingerprints are still stored in the protector suite software, I cannot access my archives as it does not recognize me as the proper user. I didn't back up the appropriate files and I wondered if anyone knows how I can into my archives again?
You might be better off contacting the Protector Suite support. They can probably help you but if the software was created with any integrity they may not even be able to help.
