PS2 Backups

    I have just got myself a sony DRU-510a and I am trying to backup my PS2 games using DVD decrypter and Princo X4. I can read the ISO image to the HD but when I write the image I always get to 80/90% complete and receive an I/O error message can't write sectors or something. How can I stop this happening?

    it is probably a media problem. The princos are notorious for having this problem. Apparently, this represents the outer edges of the disc where the qa falls through the cracks.
    alternatively you could try burning at a slower speed.

    try posting in the ps2 forum and get good media like ritek, fuji, tdk, sony, ect.
