you would need a good emulator, of which none have been completely finished yet. it will be quite a while still before you'll be able to play them on the pc.
If you have the actual ps2 available to move next to your pc then a good dscaler compatible tv tuner with av inputs would do the trick. Don't forget to get dscaler(free) and check for compatible tuners.Also there are monitors with av inputs and that would do as well. Here let me link you up eh?
