PS2 to USB, stearing wheel?

    I didnt really know where to post this, so mods, if you need to move it go ahead :)

    I want to buy this: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.18022

    Its a PS2/PSX to USB converter, but i wanna know if it will be compadible with this stearing wheel? (not sure of the model of it its not with me ATM) :)

    Ill probably buy it anyway, just chekin. Does anyone know a converter that will deffinatly work?

    it should be. PS2 steering wheels were pretty poor though, the better ones used USB from the start, even when attached to the PS2 itself.

    Yea, they are pretty poor. Ive had a few.

    But my friends got one, and it really doesn't feel bad. Very solid.
    He doesn't have a ps2 anymore so i cant test it. Anyway, ill get it. still, thx :)

    Start with that wheel then if you like it move onto one with Force Feedback its a different level of realism.

    ya after i get a new processor ima but LFS S2 and a Logitech g25! =D

    in english: When i get a new CPU I'm going to buy Live for Speed S2, and a Logitech G25!



    Tbh, as awesome as the G25 is, there's no need to go that mad. A Driving Force Pro is quite good and much cheaper, as is the DF GT that I bought for my PS2 many years back. The latter could well be cheaper still, but lacks 900ยบ travel.

    I didn't say anything because I simply didn't understand it at all. And I'm suppose to be young and know these things..

    But yeah as attractive as the G25 is it isn't necessary when the lower down Logitech wheels are pretty much just as good and half the price.

    Oh trust me, the G25 is in a class of its own, but it's a very expensive class.
