Not sure what the correct term to use, but my PS3 seems to be automatically fast-forwarding my files. Both the video and audio are sped up (seems to be 2x speed), and the display shows the time moving quickly as well. I have used mkv2vob with similar files before and never had this problem. My PC plays the vob files fine. I have tried different file outputs (m2ts, mp4, mpg, and avi) and they all gave me the same results. I am guessing that there might be something wrong with the source file (720p mkv)?
u said u convert the .mkv files to vob/m2ts and playing onps3!!!! whydon't u try converting .mkv files-bd ouput if u can or even m2ts files to bd ouptu and then burn and play onps3 just athought
