    that happend 2 my fone, so i went on my network web page. and i got given a numba. that was my networks helpline. u ask for u puk code 4 ur fone, they ask 4 ur details then u type it in ur fone. xx

    Did you get some sort of document with the sim card? Usually on there, you get the PIN number, the PHONE number, and the PUK code, just incase you type your PIN code in wrong three times...

    If you got this document, you should look for it..
