my old xbox mother board fried and power supply blown so i brought a new xbox and while getting my executer chip out my old xbox i broke that lol. so got a new one of them two. ive installed bios and evo x onto normall 8 gig hd so i can play copyied games on disk. but i have loads of games and music on my 120gig but wen i put it into my xbox i get error code for hd. is there a way i can get this hd to work on this xbox cos i can use it on a friends xbox:s any help would be great cheers sam u can also email me on sricho@gmail.com
you have to format it and lose all your saves but it can be done, you will need to put that in and make sure the console is off and power on with the eject button and put in a slayers auto installer (or other autoinstaller of your choice) and then it off with the power button then turn it back on with the power button and its self explanitory from there
yea i do that but it still comes up with error 7. being a pain but at least i still can copy games to disk just have to get them again:<
