I have been burning backups for quite some time now but i'm noticing that it seems to make my xbox run a little louder. My question is this okay and will it cause any problems. I also wanted to know if i should be filling in the extra space that the game i backup doesnt take up on the disk.

back up discs are just usually loader than originals, and especially so if you use cheap DVD's.
it just takes more for the laser to read them then it does an original.

Best solution, mod your Xbox and buy a large HDD, put all your games on it and enjoy the silence of no discs at all when playing games.

i should have mentioned that modding your Xbox if you are an Xbox Live fanatic is a bad idea as it will most likely get you banned.
But there is always XBConnect and Xlink Kai for free online gaming
